„I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. “

„The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. “

„No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.“

„Le mĂ©nage n Ă©tait pas fait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, l appartement sentait extrĂȘmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux Ă  cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a Ă©tĂ© impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hĂŽtelier nous a assurĂ© que le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. “

„Took this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed. Be careful! This same agency have other “studio to be booked” in the region. All look like scam. Didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I can’t have any reimbursement 5 days later

„Great hotel. Unfortunately the hotel and many locations around do not offer any food service before 7:30 pm. If you like to dine early which is better for health you are out of luck. Any many locations are small and do not like walk-ins. In fact they are rather rude about walk-ins. You have to book well in advance. “

„Die Wohnungen sind klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber es fehlt an nichts bis auf einem Backofen. Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, so daß kein grĂ¶ĂŸeres GepĂ€ck noch reinpassen (max. kleine Reisetasche). Die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern werden fĂŒr 7 Personen angegeben. Von uns aus, passen max. 4 Personen rein, da das Wohnzimmer als Lagerplatz fĂŒr das GepĂ€ck und Skisachen benötigt wird. Klopapier mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen !! Böden in den SchrĂ€nken waren zum Teil nicht fest, so dass diese nicht ...

„Das Hotel braucht unbedingt eine Renovierung. Lage ist wunderbar, da das Hotel direkt an der Ski Piste ist. Die Zimmer sind zwar gut, aber wie gesagt, renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Der Service ist nicht gerade gut. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Wasserkocher und es gab nicht reichlich Besteck und Teller. Im Fernsehen gibt es nur wenig Deutsche Programme. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.“

„We were a group of 2 families consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. We were given rooms next to each other on level 2 which was perfect. No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get. Pluses: the hotel's location is terrific. Ski-in and out, right at the base of a small section of the 3 Vallees. „It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.“

La salle de bain est juste un peu petite. Le fait que les logements soient dans des bĂątiments sĂ©parĂ©s, il est difficile d'ĂȘtre dans l'ambiance VVF. Pour le vivre, il faut mieux rĂ©sider Ă  l'autre VVF de Val Cenis (VVF rive gauche).“
