The Space:

This spacious home is perfectly set up for a relaxing and comfortable stay, ideal for families or groups looking to unwind together.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an Aga, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. A washing machine and ironing board are also available for added convenience.



Families are well catered for, with a travel cot and highchair provided.



There are two bathrooms in the main house plus an ensuite, with two showers and a bath, offering plenty of space for everyone.

Bedroom 3 – Single bed



Living Room - 2 sofa beds - Please let us know. if you require these as we need to inform cleaners before the stay.

Outside, you’ll find a large outdoor area perfect for relaxing, along with a climbing frame for children (use at your own risk). The hot tub is a standout feature, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.



Guest Access:

The check in information is sent out 2 days before check in (around 4pm).



We have free parking for 4-5 cars on site.

Just a short drive away, you’ll find the vibrant seaside town of Llandudno, known for its Victorian charm, sandy beach, traditional pier, and independent shops, cafés, and restaurants. For something a little more adventurous, head to Conwy, a historic walled town with a stunning medieval castle and picturesque harbour.



The area is perfectly placed for exploring Snowdonia National Park (Eryri), offering everything from gentle scenic walks to more challenging hikes, as well as breathtaking landscapes throughout the year.



For families, there are plenty of nearby attractions including beaches, nature reserves, and outdoor activity centres. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful countryside retreat or a base to explore North Wales, Mochdre offers the best of both.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a car to make the most of your stay, as the property is set in a peaceful rural location. There is parking available on-site, making it easy to come and go as you explore the area.



Mochdre is well positioned for visiting nearby towns and attractions, with Llandudno and Conwy just a short drive away. Snowdonia (Eryri) National Park is also within easy reach for days out walking, cycling, or sightseeing.



For those using public transport, there are local bus routes running through the area, and the nearest train stations can be found in Llandudno Junction and Colwyn Bay, offering links to wider North Wales and beyond.



Taxis are also available locally, though we recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.



Other Things to Note:

No smoking at the property please



Dogs are welcome at the property, but please don't leave them alone, on the furniture or upstairs. There is a gate so they can be kept in the kitchen area.



Please also pick up their mess in the garden.
