Well stocked. Easy check out. Do pay attention to room configuration. The bedroom with twins was a loft like area but had the nicer bathroom. We used the kayaks. Had everything we needed. Host communication was great despite Vrbo platform was a challenge.“

„We stayed for seven days. It was uncomfortable to only have two forks two spoons. We had to wash every time we ate. It felt like the space had been sitting a while. There were lots of spiderwebs. The fans had a coat of dust on them. That was sickening. This is my first negative review ever! I appreciated the beautiful Patuxent river and the quick response and communication with the owner.
