Lovely and Peaceful, Cosy Guest House in Cologne

Hello travelers and globetrotters!

We would love to share our beautiful guesthouse with you and fill it with life.
The guesthouse is a separate annex with a private entrance. It is located in a quiet residential area, yet close to shopping facilities. A large shopping center is only a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of free parking spaces at the beginning and end of the street. Please note that our street is a one-way street.

The house is designed for comfort and relaxation and is ideal for larger groups or families.
It has a total size of approx. 75 sqm and is divided as follows:

Ground floor:

Living room – 20 sqm

Kitchen – 16 sqm

Bathroom – 6 sqm

Upper floor:

Bedroom (1) – 16 sqm

WC (en suite, Bedroom 1) – 1 sqm

Bedroom (2) – 16 sqm

The living room is equipped with a large couch and a 46-inch TV – perfect for relaxing after a long day. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
There is a dining table with 4 chairs in the kitchen and a larger dining table with 6 chairs in the living room. Additionally, up to 2 guests can sleep on mattresses on the floor.

The kitchen is spacious and very modern – perfect for cozy cooking evenings. A coffee machine is available (pads and filter).

Upstairs, the room on the left features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a small wardrobe, and a desk. This room also has a private toilet. Upon request, it can be equipped with a baby bed (120 x 60 cm).

The room on the right has three single beds and also includes a small wardrobe.

Fresh bed linen and fresh towels are provided at check-in.
If you have any questions, we are happy to help and can give you tips about Cologne and the surrounding area.

Check-in is flexible, as we live in the main house next door. If your flight or train is delayed, we can also offer transportation by car if needed.

There’s not much to say about Cologne – you’ll see for yourself that it’s the most beautiful city in the world!

The entire guesthouse is exclusively available to you during your stay and can be locked. You will not be disturbed.
Access is via a code, which you will receive one day before arrival. Everyone can check in independently using the code.

Questions can be asked via WhatsApp. We live in the main house.
