„War ein short stay. Receptionist war freundlich. Zimmer war sehr klein. Fitness und Pool war im Preis inbegriffen daher sehr gut! Parkplatz vorhanden, nur im Restaurant 2 mal Late bestellt beides mal wurde Espresso serviert. “

„ Our stay at the Mercure Bedford Hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The hotel is not at all as shown in the pictures online. What we experienced on site was completely different and a major visual disappointment. In our opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
