„1) The WiFi is bad. It only worked stable on 1 of 3 devices. The other 2 devices were permanently connected and disconnected. 2) The mentioned breakfast in the hotel`s description isn`t worth its name. It`s tea and coffee from a Nespresso machine in the room, a bit or marmelade and chocolate cream and one croissant per guest. All of it separately packed in plastic. So we had low quality food and a bunch of trash. And afterwards we still were hungry“

„Nice hotel with welcoming helpful friendly staff.“

„Everything was wonderful. I loved the location and the property. Francesco was great!“

„gute unterkunft“

„Hotel 99 Cannelle is a gem. From the lobby, to the rooms and to the breakfast room, the interior is a work of art. Breakfast is fantastic and filling, the staff is welcoming and super-super nice. A special thank you to Serena for making our stay at Hotel 99 one that we will fondly remember.“

„Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Die Schallisolierung der Zimmer ist nicht genügend. Man hört jedes Wort/Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern (inkl. WC). L'Aquila ist noch immer eine Baustelle; viel gibt es nicht zu sehen.“

„Very small shower with a support beam at shoulder height. Breakfast was a croissant down the street.“

„Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. The pool wasn't really a pool, but more like a pond—and on top of that, it was full of insects and grass. As the lady at reception said, it’s not a swimming pool but more like a pond... This should have been clearly ...

„Camera pulita, moderna e molto comoda completa di frigo. Molto utile la macchinetta all'interno. Sicuramente la prenderemo nuovamente in considerazione.“

„Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again.“
