The Space:

This 45 m² one-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor, welcomes you into a unique atmosphere where every room tells a story. The carefully curated vintage decor—60s teak furniture, original wallpapers, and rattan light fixtures—creates a warm and distinctive ambiance unlike any other accommodation.



The bedroom, featuring a striking green floral wallpaper, offers a queen-size bed with provided linens and storage space. The bright living room, with its mustard-colored sofa, vintage bookshelf, and fish-patterned wallpaper as a nod to the nearby sea, includes a sofa bed for two additional guests.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, allowing you to cook comfortably. The dining table can accommodate up to six guests.



The property also benefits from a private outdoor space: a sunny terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as a cozy patio with garden furniture for relaxing in the shade.



Private entrance, air conditioning, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are included.

The accommodation is located on Rue du Soleil, right in the heart of the village of Collioure, one of the most beautiful villages in France and a jewel of the Catalan coast. Just a few steps away, you will find colorful streets, art galleries, restaurants, and lively terraces that inspired Matisse and Derain in the early 20th century.



The pebble and sandy beaches of Collioure are within walking distance in just a few minutes, as are the royal castle, churches, and the local market.



The property is ideally located for exploring the wider area, including Perpignan (30 min), the Spanish border and Cadaqués (45 min), as well as the vineyards of Banyuls-sur-Mer (15 min).
