Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire unit, including the covered deck equipped with a BBQ, and two private patios with dining furniture that seats up to 8. With private parking for up to two vehicles, you can easily explore Collingwood and beyond. Blue Mountain is a mere 10-minute drive away, offering skiing, mountain biking, and scenic views. Other Things to Note:
**MAX 2 cars parked in the driveway on the property as per condo rules. Additional vehicles will be towed. There is no guest parking availble. Please plan with your guests accordingly.
