Villa Olga is set on the slopes of the north eastern shore of Lake Como. The villa boasts spectacular lake and mountain views.
It is a perfect destination for families and is a hub for any kind of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing. There are many possibilities of outdoor activities for all ages, including hiking, tennis, nature trails and winter skiing.

This is the ideal villa for those looking for something really special. It has been specifically designed to all guess to enjoy the best of the views with large glass windows allowing much light to pour through into the rooms and it boasts quality furnishings.

The outdoor areas are large terraces, table tennis, table football, badminton and a volley ball area. The hot tub and the pool are at the top of the property so that you can relax in the water looking out over the blue lake.

Villa Olga develops on three levels.
Breathtaking lake views greet you when you enter the villa, which focuses on entertainment with a large living and dining room that leads onto the outside panoramic terrace, the perfect setting for outdoor dining and sundowners.

At the entrance level is a modern kitchen (equipped with stove, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave) guest bathroom (only wc and basin), a single bedroom with an extra pull out bed and lake view, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and lake view. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.

Ten steps down is the dining room with table for 12 people. Six steps down is the living room and social areas with large comfortable sofas and Satellite TV, the use of clear floor-to-ceiling glass opens the interior to its natural surroundings. The villa is wonderful even in winter months. In the summer open up the doors and enjoy the majestic views and fresh breeze.

On the upper floor there are four bedrooms each one with Satellite TV and enjoying magnificent lake view: a double bedroom with a panoramic terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (double on request) with lake view and another double bedroom. There is also a double bedroom with terrace and independent entrance from outside, lake view and en-suite toilet (wc and basin). One more bathrooms with shower.

PLEASE NOTE:
- when the villa is booked with under-occupancy price for 8 guests, you will have access to 4 bedrooms, the rest will be closed off.

Facilities: swimming pool (7x4m, depth 1.30m; open from April 15 to October 15), hot tub, Satellite TV, internet WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, table tennis, table football, volleyball, barbecue, parking within the grounds.

Included in the price: 3 hours housekeeping only after 7 nights for stays of 14 nights; Bed linens changed on Saturday for stays of 14 nights only; Pool towel included: 1 set (extra set of pool towels on request). Heating included only from 15 October to 12 December
