„The Priory was a delightful find situated in the Herefordshire countryside about 4 miles from Hereford. We stayed in one of the self-contained apartments which was both comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to questions we had pre-arrival including a recommendation for an evening meal at the Bell Inn in Tillington. “

„Very far away from town centre, no shops around, supermarkets a bit far away. No shower, and not even plug on the bath, just an old towel. Expensive, 50 per day, for that price you can book at Travellodge with toilet inside the room and in conditions, plus maybe breakfast included. The only good thing was ability to cook“

„The Celyn is located in an outstanding rural position. From the moment you arrive Sarah and Paul were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was good sized, clean with outstanding views over the farm. The sheep and lambs were in the field in front and it was nice to see them. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. „Rather a quirky place on the edge of Bristol. There is a bus stop right outside, very convenient, took about 40 minutes into city centre so no parking to worry about. Our room was rather dark with heavy wood and colour scheme, but well enough equipped, although there was a considerable amount of traffic noise. Tiny shower and diy breakfast (plenty of it). The owner was away but the gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and chatty. This was not a luxury stay but fine for a stopover. “

Our toilet wasn't flushed from the previous guests when we arrived but besides that the house was spotless. Charles was a very welcoming host and made us an incredible breakfast.
