Located in the Coffs Jetty Area this brand new stylish self-contained apartment perfect for a couple’s getaway or the working professional. It has its own private entry and courtyard, a separate office , computer monitor, undercover outdoor entertaining area, and garden courtyard.
Located in the beautiful Brodie Drive – it’s an easy stroll to the beach, harbour, restaurant strip or enjoy the lovely creek walk.
Extremely clean, with champaign, chocolates and fresh milk.
Long stays welcome.
There are many features to this brand-new unit, these include:
- Private entry and undercover patio with garden courtyard
- Wifi and Neflix plus separate office with computer monitor and keyboard
- Two televisions – watch your favourite movies in bed
- Full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, full-size fridge and dishwasher
- Full laundry with front load washing machine and dryer
- Coffee pod machine supplied, selection of teas
- Beach towels
- BBQ
- Super clean
- Guests comments that the photos do not do it justice- it is a hidden gem!
- Separate entry with street parking close to entry gate

We plan to respect the privacy of our guests in line with the serenity and design of the space we have created. However, we are available by phone or in person if necessary.
Located in the beautiful Brodie Drive opposite Coffs Creek Reserve.
A perfect location for lifestyle activities such as walking, bike rides, paddle boarding or kayaking.
The proximity to the marina and restaurants makes it perfect for leisurely walks to breakfast, lunch and dinner with ocean views.
Elvis on Brodie is centrally located - 2 minutes drive to the Jetty, train station, marina and 5 minute drive to the town centre. An easy stroll 5-10 minute stroll to the closest beach.
Your hosts Shannon, Brad and Elvis (yes, it’s where the name came from) are new to AirBNB so welcome your feedback and if there is anything we can provide or arrange ie birthday cake etc to make stay more enjoyable, please reach out. You may also see or hear the other residents of the front house Luna (staffy) and Milo (cat) from time to time.
Whilst our cancellation policy is 'moderate' I am open to a full refund, minus Airbnb charges, for anyone whose stay is cancelled due to living in a COVID declared hotspot placed in lockdown.
Extreme Clean:
1. Air the space
2. Vacuum floors and clean each surface
3. Wash sheets, mattress protector and bed spread on high temperature
4. Sanitise each surface and house hold items (eg remote control)
5. Reset each room and spray with Glen 20
6. Cleaning products are provided for your stay.
- No Chopping on the kitchen bench- chopping board is provided.
- Shoes removed at the door to keep the wooden flooring and carpet new for future guests
- No illegal downloads on the WIFI
- Low noise after 10pm
- No souveniring of house hold items- they are here for our future guests to enjoy
