„The condo was great! The property was super nice and close to the beach. Our only complaint was the pools. Both indoor and outdoor pools were in need of a good cleaning. The filters were not working and there was quite a bit of hair and debris while using either pool. Same garbage sitting poolside for days at a time. “

„We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay!“

„We had three families: 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 5-yr old for almost a week. In one word, our stay (and this property) was PERFECT! And Doug and Rose were great hosts - excellent communication.As the name "Steps to the Beach" suggests, the beach is quite accessible. Direct 200-300 ft walk from the corner of the house. Peaceful.The adults took the three king bedrooms (each with a nice bathroom); the 3 boys took the room with the bunks, which has bathroom also accessible from the common living ...
