„The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place close to the beach. Our kids did surf camp at School of Surf and were able to walk to the school’s summer camp. „We absolutely loved the location in regards to the activities we had planned. The layout of home was great! Everything we needed was available. Unfortunately, the shower in the master bath would not maintain a consistent temperature. That was very uncomfortable and took away from what would have been a near perfect stay. The back yard had not been cleaned since recent storms. Was not safe to walk around. Overall was a wonderful stay though. “

„This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Cocoa beach. Can walk to the beach and resturaunts and quieter than up in the more commercial area. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Many little touches that made our stay better. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa beach“

„This was a lovely duplex, beautifully furnished and centrally located but still super quiet. Everything was accurate in the description and the photos. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. “
