Gary allowed us to arrive early and check out late but we couldn't take advantage of the late checkout because we had to be in Erie by 8:30am. Checkin/checkout was super easy. „We rented the condo to attend a graduation in Erie, PA and we were 16 with a mix of different ages. From the outside the condo looks small, but it's pretty spacious on the inside. Most of the rooms have full baths, except one of the bedrooms has a half bath. The upstairs has the 2 "bedrooms", which are basically a large room with multiple beds and a bed in a large corridor leading to that room. Those rooms can fit about 6-8 people pretty comfortably and there is 1 full bath there. Then there are ...

„The location is great for attending an event at thr Peak. We rented for a family wedding. There is plenty of room for a large group. We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. The house is well equipped with linens and pots/pans. There was also a great supply of snacks on hand. The owner is very quick to reply to any questions that are sent. We highly recommend this property if you need to stay in the area.“
