„The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area.“

„We had a great stay at "Be Our Guest" It is in NODA area and walking distance to alot of really great restaurants and eclectic shopping. The house was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. We attended a concert at the BOA Stadium and it was only about a 10 minute drive. Thanks for a great stay!!“

Cons: right next to the busy road, very small water heater (or maybe the water pressure is just that much), starting to show some wear, could use some aesthetic updates Overall it fit our needs and most importantly was clean, and we would return!“
