„My 27 year old son and I came to visit Donegal, the ancestral home of his father’s family. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Buncrana. We drove up to Malin Head through stunning scenery and visited sites in and around Buncrana. Julie was a kind and accommodating host. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a full kitchen on the outskirts of Buncrana. „We stayed for a winter weekend with another family who had the house next door. Everything was perfect for us. Seamus was there on arrival to welcome us and was very helpful giving advice on where to eat and things to do in the area. There was a great welcome pack of food and drink essentials which was much appreciated. The turf for the fire was used straight away! All in all we had a great time staying at Coastguard Cottages and would recommend to others“

"3 Freundinnen verbrachten eine Woche in diesem Cottage. Wir waren jeden Tag, hauptsächlich zum wandern, unterwegs und haben Abends den gemütlichen Kamin genossen. Als uns das bereitgestellte Holz zur Neige ging, reichte eine Nachricht an die Housekeeperin und sie hat direkt am nächsten Tag Nachschub aus dem Lager geholt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hauses und Donegal im allgemeinen. Sehr schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung sind möglich und dabei sehr abwechslungsreich! Mit dem Wetter hatten wir auch Glück, alles war dabei ;-)"

"Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war super! Wir wurden in der kleinen Ferienwohnung sehr herzlich empfangen. Besonders herausragend war die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Küche. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Zudem kann ein kleiner Supermarkt mit einem Laufweg von 5min erreicht werden. Die Umgebung ist toll und die Strände sind sehr sehenswert."
