„Property was well appointed and maintained. Hosts made certain all was ready, clean, and well stocked with the essentials. The setting with the nearby water, trees, wild flowers and wildlife (deer, birds, rabbits, etc) was serene and restful. The nearby wineries are worth the visit and wide variety of restaurants and shopping was a plus. “

It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. “

„I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. “

„stay was great. Check-in couldn't have been easier. The apartment is gorgeous--the pictures, especially the one of the living room, are deceptive, so it was a very nice surprise. „The Freeboard Studio in Old Lyme was the perfect, vacation spot for me and my husband. The host truly thought of everything when renovating this space. „Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!“
