Hi Kerri, We are so sorry that you were disappointed in your stay with us. We always put our guests first. Our late arrivals love that they can drive safely without having to worry about someone having to wait for them. Yes we do send an SMS so that you can read it once you get to Clermont where we have excellent coverage. We also supply our phone number if there are any problems, this is the number you called. Despite small towns such as Clermont doing it extremely tough with COVID there have been no cut backs but in fact we have worked hard to modernise systems and raise the standard, which is showing in our feedback from guests and our reviews. I will pass on you comment regarding the footprints on the floor to housekeeping.
