„Looking for a low cost Kidderminster hotel, and this was what I selected. The hotel wasn’t exactly what I was expecting - the name suggests a degree of elegance, but what I found was a downmarket version of a premier inn without the consistency. Relatively convenient for nearby attractions about halfway to Bewdley on the Bewdley road. A decent walk to the center of Kidderminster for most dining options.“

„The hotel is located in the center of Coleshill and can be reached by public transportation, however it is in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are nicely decorated but rather small. The bathroom was clean but had a weird smell, not sure if it was mold, as there was no visible signs of it. As I said it was clean and remodeled. Breakfast was okay had everything you would excpect in the UK, little buffet for cold breakfast and hot breakfast was to be ordered.“

„Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn ...

„Overall room was clean if a little tired, needing refurbishment. This was reflected in the fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel. I had previously stayed at the hotel approx 12 months (Ramada) before and it was 'tired' then, so in need of capital expenditure.“

„Pub mit Historie, sehr schön renoviert. Hervorragendes Essen, Frühstück, im Pub und im Restaurant. Ruhige Lage zwischen Feldern am Ortsrand, nur 5 min nach Stratford upon Avon.“
