The Property

Chapel Terrace offers contemporary interiors, comfortable furnishings and a welcoming space to relax, whether you're visiting for a few nights or several weeks.

Bedrooms

The spacious main bedroom features a comfortable super king-size bed and a large Smart TV, making it a lovely place to unwind after a busy day.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a warm, cosy atmosphere.

Both bedrooms provide storage for clothes and personal belongings, with fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels supplied for all guests.

Bathroom and Additional WC

The modern family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, ideal for a refreshing morning shower or a relaxing soak after a day exploring.

A separate ground-floor WC provides extra convenience, particularly for families and guests sharing the property.

You'll have exclusive use of the entire home throughout your stay, including both bedrooms, the family bathroom, separate ground-floor WC and open-plan kitchen, living and dining area.

Before Your Stay

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.

Security Deposit and Damage Protection

Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:

• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.

• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.

Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
