„As soon as we walked into the lodge we knew we were in for a wonderful weekend. The place was gorgeous and spotless! The couch and beds were super comfy. „Exactly as advertised. It’s a cottage. Shower is small but reasonable. A bit of an odd layout but serviceable for a couple. If I had a single surprise it was that there wasn’t a door to the bedroom. Not a big deal unless one of you has insomnia and is wandering half the night. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. „This house was great for our girls weekend! A lot of bunk beds, but we did our best to make it work. Some of our group are older women and it was not safe for them to adventure to a top metal bunk bed, but we were aware of that when we booked. Not a negative, just something to consider. „Lovely older cottage that's been nicely remodeled and updated, with newer appliances. Very pet-friendly and it was great to have a fenced yard for the dogs. Our Frenchie really enjoyed the "sunbathing" spots by the big sliding doors.The vacant lot on one side made it feel like we had a bit more privacy.The view of the lake is superb.
