Hat man diese Hürde aber überwunden, so ist es ein sehr angenehmes Urlaubsdomizil in ruhiger Lage mit Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe inmitten der wunderschönen Cotswolds. Gut geeignet für Urlaub mit Hund und für Ausflüge nach Oxford, Stratford etc.“

Well appointed and a great location for visiting the area.Had dinner at the Kingham Ploughman & The Farmer’s Dog (about30 min. away. Visited the Diddly Squat farm. Had a fabulous breakfast at The Porch in Stow on the Wold. Lovely villages all around!“

She has great knowledge of the surrounding area as we wanted to go walking and even emailed with an extra details.The guest to guest book was good giving information on successful trips by them. The bird seed was a lovely addition and we enjoyed seeing the local ones devour the food we had put out.“

„Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.“

„This was our 7th year at various properties and areas of the Cotswold Water Park. This was the first time we had two houses so we, the grandparents, had Trout Cottage which was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the old TV. At the end of the day after an enjoyable day with the family out on the lake, walking and sitting in the evening sun with a drink at the bar, it would have been good to get back to Trout Cottage to 'crash' and enjoy some ...

Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again.
