Nagyon kellemesen éreztük magunkat a hotelben. A személyzet figyelmes, előzékeny, udvarias és nem utolsó sorban segítőkész! A Hotel patyolat tiszta, minden nap friss ágynemű, takarítás! A reggeli felszolgálása és minősége exkluzív! A Hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, közvetlen a parton, de a Porto Civitanova belvárosához is pár lépésre! A Város is tiszta és sok szép látnivaló van, igazi olasz érzés! Szinte csak olaszok vannak! A Hotel megérdemelte a maximális minősítés! 👍🏖️🌞🏅

The staff at this property are a credit to the hotel - the stay was definitely made perfect by their hard work, attention to detail and willingness to try to make anything happen for you. The Flamingo restaurant was much the same - one night, it was full - but the staff recognised us as Hotel guests, and managed to get us in. It is modern, very conveniently positioned and well maintained - would most definitely recommend. The only one tiny fault here is the toilet in reception - it sometimes caused a bad smell!

Ottima posizione, personale molto gentile, colazione varia e di buona qualità. Un po' rumorosi i canali esterni dell'aria condizionata. La spiaggia convenzionata è decisamente più cara rispetto a quelle adiacenti. Per chi non lo sapesse, la spiaggia non è di sabbia ma di ciottoli.

I cant sleep
Time is midnight i am at 4th floor, but i cant sleep because there is a party in hotel!!!! bathroom infrastructure is not good, water does not go, there is water in the room after shower. Breakfast is very good, staf friendly

Dear guest, we are very sorry about the incovenience, we want specify that the party was not in our hotel, we didn't organize any party, but it was maked in a restaurant closed to us. About the shower, usually we clean it everyday but you required the not cleaning for whole your stay, so for this reason after 4 days the shower was blocked. i'm so sorry that the value of your stay is bused of something that is not our fauls. best regards.

OTTIMA STRUTTURA! - RACCOMANDATA
L'hotel è a100 metri dal lungo mare, con ingresso da una via interna. La camera era vista mare, PULITISSIMA, il materasso di qualità superiore. Personale molto garbato, colazione abbondante e di qualità servita al 5° Piano in fasce orarie. Veramente un soggiorno di grande qualità.

Best in town.
Beste hotel in Civitanova. Mooie kamers, geluidsdicht, stijlvolle badkamer met inloopdouche. Enige minpunt: in de kleine ontbijtzaal loopt het (vriendelijke) personeel zenuwachtig rond en te veel z'n best te doen. De lawaaierige keuken ernaast is een contradictie met het rustige hotel.

Hotel davvero pulito, in posizione comoda e dotato di tutti i comfort, super consigliato per una vacanza di lusso. La hall del front desk è davvero curata nei minimi dettagli e lussuosa, con mosaici nelle pareti e personale disponibile e cortese anche per una prenotazione last minute. La struttura ora in bassa stagione vi ha offerto un upgrade in camera vista mare, molto spaziosa a perfettamente pulita, doccia larga (anche in due), con luci colorate per la cromoterapia. Non c'è la vasca da bagno. Letto comodissimo. Prezzo in linea coi servizi offerti

Un po' più di servizi per un 4 stelle !!!!
IL Ristorante anche se segnalato è assente ,offrono il servizio di delivery da consumare in camera o in sala colazione ma senza nessun servizio (nelle confezioni di plastica ). La colazione è un po' scarsa, non c'è salato .

Buongiorno Sig Daniele, la ringraziamo per la sua recensione, in merito al ristorante questo non è indicato tra i nostri servizi, pertanto al fine di agevolare gli ospiti abbiamo organizzato il servizio cena con ristorante d'asporto. Purtroppo la zona gialla non prevede i ristoranti aperti, e senza la nostra proposta cenare sarebbe stato un disagio. ad ogni modo la sala stata allestita e apparecchiata per la cena con tovagliato di stoffa, posate d'acciaio e bicchieri di vetro. questo per noi è un servizio che garantiamo gratuitamente a tutti gli ospiti. in merito alla colazione questa presenta articoli freschi, quali brioches, spremute, caffè e cappuccini, infusi, fette biscottate marmellate e nutella, queste ultime impacchettate come da normativa, la colazione viene servita in sala con servizio al tavolo. Al momento non è disponibile il buffet dolce e salato, ma è possibile fare una classica colazione in struttura. Tutti i nostri servizi nonostante il disagio covid vengono garantiti come indicato sul portale di prenotazione. Cordiali saluti.

Piacevole soggiorno di passaggio da Civitanova
Di passaggio abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura. La struttura sembrava da poco ristrutturata. Letto comodo e bagno con una bella doccia ampia. Ottime finiture e pulizia di tutta la struttura. Buona Colazione con scelta al buffet. Molta attenzione a tutte le restrizioni dovute al COVID.

Absolutely Incredible! The staff were accommodating and remarkable. Room was wonderful with gorgeous views of the city or the Adriatic Sea. Complimentary Breakfast was outstanding, enjoyed it every morning for a week. Great Location next to wonderful restaurants, especially with VIP access to Hops, best restaurant in town! If you need anything or any information the staff are there and willing to assist without question. Looking forward to staying here again!

Hotel recente e fronte mare con parcheggio gratuito. Camera spaziosa con tv 40" e tutto il necessario per il tè. Bagno ampio e fornito di accappatoio. Pulizia generale della struttura impeccabile. Personale molto disponibile (ti prenotano anche i ristoranti convenzionati). Di negativo nulla da dichiarare.
