Villa Petunia is in a wonderful position, right on the seafront, 5 minutes' walk from Calan Bosch's stylish marina, lined with various cafes, bistros and shops. There's also an entrance to the resorts beautiful sandy beach on the far side. This traditional 3 bedroom house has glorious sea views from its front garden and dining terrace, as well as a private swimming pool and BBQ house in a more secluded position at the rear. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Petunia is perfectly positioned right on Calan Bosch seafront, a few minutes' walk from the marina, around which this popular resort is centred. The stylish cafes and restaurants which line the marina provide the ideal setting to dine, or simply relax with a cool drink and watch the world go by. At the far end of the marina is a small shopping complex, and crossing the bridge at the marina entrance will take you to Calan Bosch's beautiful sandy beach, also within a short walk.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
