Casa Erbetta F is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps five people. From Casa Erbetta F you will have a characteristic view of the valley and of the greenery. Casa Erbetta F is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 11.5 km (7.1 miles) from the center of Città della Pieve, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 4.1 km (roughly 2.6 miles), a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles), the bus stop at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Castiglione del Lago beach) at 19 km (roughly 11.8 miles).
Casa Erbetta F is located on the top floor of an age-old stone house. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately ten steps.
To stay at Casa Erbetta F you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Erbetta F is along a 2-kilometer (1.2 miles) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down a route that includes approximately 30 stairway steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a bright view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 6 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with guests staying at.
 Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
