Access to public transportation is 10-15 minutes to walk (with kids) and the neighborhood probably reflects the current reality in cities like Toronto: drug addicts and homeless people. Would book again if back in Toronto.“

Doorman was very helpful, welcoming and the nice gentleman at the front office was equally friendly, professional and check in only took a few minutes. The room, pleasant and quietly located was on the twelfth floor and on top of that I got an upgrade and was lucky enough to stay in a corner suite which was as big as my apartment. „Dieses Hotel ist vielleicht für wohlsituierte junge Leute geeignet. Die Zimmer haben eine einfache Sitzecke, keinen Sessel gar bequemen Stuhl, und keine Leselampe. Es hat lieblose weiße Kunststoffwände ohne Bilder gar Farbe, es gab keinen Schreibtisch, keine Arbeitsecke, aber eine kleine Bar in der Mitte. Auch das Waschbecken stand mitten im Zimmer! Toilette und Duschbad waren lediglich mit einer undurchsichtigen Glasscheibe vom Zimmer getrennt. Selbst für gestandene Verheiratete ist das eine ...

„Service and ambience of the hotel was wonderful and great! We were nicely greeted at the front lobby when we entered and when we left. Excellent hotel. Particularly enjoyed the large bedroom suite with cosy decor and excellent lighting. My purpose of visit was business to attend a conference.“

Wir haben eine Rundreise gemacht und dies war mit Abstand der beste Übernachtungs-Ort. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, die Parkgarage im eigenen Haus sehr gut. Die Lage und Ausblick hervorragend. nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuss waren wir mitten im Zentrum, wo das grösste Einkaufszentrum liegt.“
