„Really great facilities and incredibly kind staff, also towards our kids, especially at reception and bar. Very good value for money at the rate we have booked. Access to public transportation is 10-15 minutes to walk (with kids) and the neighborhood probably reflects the current reality in cities like Toronto: drug addicts and homeless people. Would book again if back in Toronto.“

„I checked into the hotel on October 22 after a long transatlantic flight. Doorman was very helpful, welcoming and the nice gentleman at the front office was equally friendly, professional and check in only took a few minutes. The room, pleasant and quietly located was on the twelfth floor and on top of that I got an upgrade and was lucky enough to stay in a corner suite which was as big as my apartment. Bedroom, living room, a large bathroom and a small guest bathroom. Everything modern, but ...

„wir haben die Panoramic Suite gebucht. diese liegt im 49. Stock und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Stadt Toronto. Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir haben eine Rundreise gemacht und dies war mit Abstand der beste Übernachtungs-Ort. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, die Parkgarage im eigenen Haus sehr gut. Die Lage und Ausblick hervorragend. nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuss waren wir mitten im Zentrum, wo das grösste Einkaufszentrum liegt.“

„The room was amazing. More supplies and ammenities than we ever would have expected. Communication with the team members was very good. They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure.“

„The INFIVILLA suites are huge! There are two bedrooms plus a little den. My family really enjoyed our stay here. Location is very convenient, we can park easily in the building. Very walkable many restaurants, groceries, there is a big LCBO just downstairs which is nice! I would recommend this place!“
