„This is a standout hotel in Japan. It’s 3 months old and the website does it not justice. The hotel and grounds are spectacular, the facilities (spa, gym, lounges, restaurants) are beautiful. We stayed in a room the size of an apartment, with both an indoor and out hot spa. The hotel manager has 15+ years of experience at Ritz hotel and brings the shame charm, insight and guest experience to the Gora Kadan Fuji. „Das Zimmer mit Privat-Onsen ist wunderschön mit tollem Garten angelegt. Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen ist hervorragend und wird im Gemeinschaftsraum eingenommen. Wenn man einen Strand sucht, sollte man zum Shirahama fahren. Ein Bummel in Shimoda ist auch schön. In der Nähe gibt es die Wasserfälle "Kawazu Seven Falls" mit Wander- und Bademöglichkeit. Absolutes Highlight!“

„The hôtel is in the middle of the Izu Island and allows to start some visits on both sides . It is essential to have a car - the restaurants are available within 10 min drive . The breakfast is good but a lot of people - expect some waiting - Hotel works together with the La Forêt hotel and sharing some facilities ( ie. The pool on the Marriott side ) . The also organize massages in the hotel room - very good “

„今回の滞在では嬉しいことにお部屋をアップグレードしていただき、オーシャンビューの広々とした客室に宿泊できました。窓一面に広がる海の景色はまさに絶景で、時間を忘れて眺めていられるほど。今までガーデンビューだったので、カテゴリー違いを感じることができた。次回からはオーシャンビューに泊まろうと思う。 特に印象的だったのはスタッフの対応。以前よりも全体的にサービスレベルが大幅に向上しており、フロントからレストラン、そして清掃スタッフに至るまで、皆さんの丁寧で温かみのある接客に心が和みました。清掃スタッフの方の細やかな気配りも素晴らしかったです。 ホテル自体は歴史を感じさせる古さも残っていますが、それが逆に“味”となり、川奈ホテルならではのクラシカルな魅力を引き立てています。新しさや豪華さだけでは味わえない、特別な時間と贅沢な時間を過ごせるホテルだと改めて感じました。 総じて、景色・サービス・雰囲気のすべてが揃った滞在で、またぜひ再訪したいと思います。“

„The same breakfast at two days in a row. Considering the amount I paid for, the breakfast was poor. I wish one dinner with Japanese styles and the other with Western style. Two dinners in Western styles were not so much excited.“
