It has a restaurant that caters three meals a day and is quite good. Meal selections are mostly Vietnamese. „Palace long hai was the perfect retreat after a good Vietnam holidays touring from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh. Right from the welcoming reception at the resort by Van (Natalie) to the wonderful bell Tuan to the nice Tuong in the restaurant, every one was so good. The resort has a fabulous swimming pool and the cottages are very nice. Opposite the resort is the Long hai beach, which is very clean. Overall we stayed two nights . Highly recommended.“

"Bei Ankunft des Aufenthalt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir unsere gebuchten 3 Zimmer nicht bekommen ,sondern nur ein 2 Zimmer .Es Ware ein einchecken erst vielleicht um 21 Uhr , oder 2- 3 Tage möglich.Da wir das Geld in Deutschland bereits bezahlt hatten , und keine andere Aufenthalt schnell finden konrtên , haben wir das 2 Zimmer angenommen. Wir stellen fest, dass es in diesen Apartment sehr ofters Kunden mit solche Masche reingelegt werden . Am schlimmsten waren die Aufzuge, wo man sich anstellen mit und ca 10 min. Das Personal in dem Residence-Tower war nicht besonders freundlich. Das Hotel konnte keinen Roller zur Miete organisieren.
