Caribbean View is a tropical paradise property centrally located on the island

of St. Croix. Caribbean View is just 15 minutes from Christiansted Town.

Caribbean View is just 10 minutes away from the beach. We are within walking

distance from Blues Barbecue, One Love Gas Station, and Chocolate Restaurant,

as well as other convenience stores in the immediate area.

The beach is within walking distance and has public access. Public

transportation is by bus and is located within one block of the property.

Guests will have access to the entire property. The entire property is a gated

community. You have uninterrupted access to our laundry facilities, pool area,

and common areas. Plenty of free parking on site. Washers and dryers are on

the property and are coin-operated. We have excellent cell phone reception

anywhere on the property. We have US Mail delivery and food can be delivered

to the property.

Public transportation is one block away! Vitran bus service runs 7 days a

week. The bus service can connect you to most major attractions and malls. Car

rental companies are located at the airport and in both towns. We have major

car rental companies like Avis, Hertz, and Budget. We also have local car

rental companies like Olympic, Centerline, and Twin City Car Rental. We also

have VI Uber which is available around the clock and will take you anywhere on

the island.

The neighborhood is mostly residential with row houses along most of the

streets. The people are very friendly. Other shops, bars, and convenience

stores nearby are Quality Grocery and Deli, and X Marks the Spot Bar and

Restaurant. Other main attractions include the 700-acre underwater Buck Island

National Monument, Botanical Gardens, and Whim Plantation Museum. You can

experience the Cruzan Rum Factory tour, 18-hole, par-70 Carambola Golf Club,

and the Carambola Zipline.

The condo has a king-size bed with large stuffed pillows. There are plenty of

extra pillows, blankets, and towels located in the condo. Mounted flat-screen

TVs in the bedroom and living room for your personal convenience. Hi-speed

internet is provided throughout the condo. All the amenities of home are

provided. There are an abundance of dishes, silverware, pots and pans for your

use. There is a stove with oven, microwave, coffee pot for your convenience.

There is plenty of hot water and soaps to keep you clean and refreshed. There

is a dedicated workspace provided as well as a large sofa to stretch out to

relax and wind down. Private balcony for your personal enjoyment. There is

free on site parking. Washers and dryers are on site for your convenience. The

8-foot lit swimming pool is steps away from your condo.
