Es hat uns gut gefallen
Modern und landestypisch ausgestattet hat es uns im Courtesy Court Motel sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer nicht zu klein und nicht ganz an der Straße, daher relativ ruhig gelegen. Auch Internet per WLAN ist einfach einzurichten und gut.

Very central good service but the mattress needs replacing on the bed you could feel the wire from inside of it making it uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise i will go back

The owners were not very friendly, didn’t provide wireless internet like promised. Room service didn’t even make the bed they just placed towels in the room. It was okay accomodation at best but IWouldn’t stay here again.

Comfortable and cheap!!!
We enjoyed our stay here. Location is petfect, as its a 5 minute walk from town and a 5 minute walk to Speights Ale House for a beer and food! The staff were friendly, he even called a cab for us to get to the bus station. Would staff here again.

Nice room but very much lacking security
The room we stayed at was clean and tidy. Had microwave and electric cooktop with handy utensils. No complaints about the room. Unfortunately my wallet was stolen that night and the owner found the wallet in some other room. All the cash had gone but I was glad to have recovered the wallet as my license was still in it and loosing that would have been a terrible start to our trip. We didn’t actually ensure of the room was not accessible from outside which turned out to be the big mistake as we were under the impression that the premises were secure. The locks on doors are not electric and the room we stayed at didn’t have a very reliable locking mechanism - we thought we had locked it but it might not have been the case. Very disappointed with the experience and it happened on the very first night of our trip which was even more frustrating. The onus is also on the owner/manager of the property to keep their premises safe. I would never stay here again.

Good Stay
The experience and hospitality received was appreciated. The hotel was located close to a small shopping complex on Edgeware Road. It is also within a 7 - 10 minute walk to Christchurch Cathedral and the centre of the city. Am happy to recommend this accommodation to others.

The room was a good size with a full kitchen. We were upstairs and the room was a little warm on a warm day, it could do with some form of cooling on hot days. Otherwise a good stay for the price.

nice room, but...
The room was tidy and clean. Bed was way too large for size of bedroom, leaving little room to move around bed. Ground level window in bedroom, which meant curtains were brushed open when trying to get access to window side of bed. No netting on that window. poor privacy. Bathroom had no mixer. It was either cold water or extremely hot water...way over recommended max temperature. Kids could easily get scalded. Shower had no mixer. Have to fiddle with cold and hot taps to get temp right. There are smoking facilities outside every room. We were upstairs and cigarette smoke was wafting into room through windows and under door. When we advised staff of our discomfort, they gave us a fragrance pot to try to mask the smell. We ended up with more odours, not less. Will not return there.

Comfy place to stay for a very reasonable price
Our room was spacious and clean, and the owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The bed was surprisingly comfortable although the shower could have been better, the pressure wasn't great. But for the price, this is a comfortable place to stay, reasonably close to the city and Harley Park

was comfy a few minor maintence things needed to be done eg; bathroom extractor cover caked in dust, knobs on bedside cabs broken shafts left pocking out to be used (cheep to fix ) apart from that was close to center and not to noisy. and resionably priced.
