- While the check-out time appears as 9:00 AM, you're welcome to check out by 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, due to platform limitations, we’re unable to update the displayed time.

- There is ongoing construction next to the unit which may cause noise during the day. Work is external and beyond our control. If you're sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit.

- Please note that there is ongoing construction nearby, so you may hear some noise during your stay. For light sleepers, we highly recommend bringing your own earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones for added comfort.



★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



🔑 Only one property access key/fob is provided as standard. Additional key/fob must be requested before arrival. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies for each lost key or fob.
