Hotel hat Potential / Russische Hochburg
Es war unser 3. Aufenthalt im Cassia seit der Eröffnung vor 3 Jahren. Einige Sachen werden einfach nicht besser. Plus Grosses Zimmer (Suite mit Seesicht) modern eingerichtet. Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen Laguna Bereich / Cherngthalay & die Night Markets / Restaurants Minus Kundenservice: wir haben per Mail nach einem Angebot gefragt. Wir mussten 3 emails senden, bis wir ein Angebot erhalten haben. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer in einen bestimmten Bereich gefragt. Das haben wir nicht bekommen. Erst auf unsere Nachfrage nachdem uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt wurde, erfuhren wir, dass das Zimmer, das unserem Wunsch entsprach frei war. Wir konnten es bekommen. Warum nicht sofort, ist unklar. Es wurde uns vorher versprochen.. Wir haben vor unserer Ankunft dem Hotel eine Mail wegen Fitness Raum gesendet. Es gibt keinen im Hotel. Daher wollten wir wieder in einem Schwesterhotel trainieren. Wieder keine Antwort auf 2 Mails. Eine dritte Mail wurde vom Hotel Manager beantwortet aber kein Follow-up seinerseits Frühstück: 2 / 3 Sterne Level. Tische sind nicht gedeckt. Jeder muss seinen Tisch mit Plastikteller und Pappbecher selber decken. Auswahl ist keine 4 Sterne Niveau. Das ganze ist nicht nachvollziehbar, da seit der Eröffnung die Gäste sich über das Frühstück beschweren Das Hotel hat ca. 90% russische Gäste. Ess wird alles nur für sie gemacht. Party am Sylvester wird per Poster promotet - nur auf Russisch. Andere Nationalitäten nicht willkommen. Party war extrem lauf & für 15 Personen

Sehr schönes Hotel in Strandnähe
Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel Hotel an einem See gelegen. Alle 20 Minuten legt eine Fähre am Hotel an und man kann sich zum gegenüberliegendem Strand bringen lassen. Zu empfehlen ist die Anmietung eines Mopeds oder Autos um die Umgebung zu erkunden und die anderen Strände zu besuchen.

Staff were super friendly, everytime you walk by reception they ll all shout out - morning or something friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was lovely, bed was huge and comfy. The swimming pool and the whole Laguna area makes you feel like top class tourists. So convenient with restaurants beside, can go to boat Avenue for .50 baht tuk tuk organised for you or can walk only 15 mins. Great massages places outside Laguna, beach right beside. I love it so much I m planning to buy a place in Laguna.

Hey There, We service our suites every second day as standard, this is our little nod to reducing water and chemical wastage and preserving our little piece of paradise - garbage in the kitchen however is changed daily, and housekeeping on demand is available! Better than a suite
An excellent choice for longer stays. Hotel is still new and clean. I like the kitchen facilities. The 2 bathrooms have no bathtubs. Lots of space for a family. Breakfast has a large variety of food. Nice pillows and mattresses. The ceiling is thin as we could hear the loud noise of furniture being moved upstairs. The lobby should be bigger as it was rather crowded. Apart from these it is a very thoughtful setup.

Overall, the Hotel concept and room product is good. However, there seems to be some lack of standards and supervision. We arrived around 5.00pm and expected the room to be ready. After a lengthy wait, we were informed that we got upgraded to a loft room. However, it seems to be a problem with a bedside lamp. After another 5 min we were offered a beverage at the restaurant, which was nice. Once we arrived at our room 108, it was the worst positioned room of the hotel. First floor, outlook to nowhere and next to your engineering and paint shop. The room product seems good with all the gadgets. Bathroom cleanliness needs to improve. Something is growing behind the left toilet paper roll. As well dust is accumulating on the chrome. Main room television remote is not working properly. Date on the screen is 2013 or 2015, I know small details but this is where setting standards start.

Well located and provisioned. The food was good and allergens clearly marked, which is very important when traveling as someone who is allergic to some things. The pool and water taxi to the ocean was so convenient. I especially appreciated the laundry service. Staff were very friendly and took great care of us.

Cassia has a constant (free) boat shuttle to the most gorgeous Bang Tao beach, and free tuktuk shuttle to shopping centres. The apartments have small kitchens and are modern and well equipped. The staff are just so lovely and super helpful. The buffet breakfast is really extensive and high quality. It’s just the best. We will go back as soon as we can.

Upon check in- kettle not provided. By right all rooms shld hve 2 pillows per person but we only hve 1 pillow n we call d front office n they say they will send housekeeping staff to check. Why cant they just provide us extra instead of coming up to our rm to check . According to d staff they r running full occupancy n not enough pillows for all guest We were assign 2nd floor right on top of d coffee house. So noisy as early as 5am- kitchen preparation n staff talking v loud

We had an amazing stay in a two bedroom loft water. The staff at Cassia were incredible and nothing was a problem. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the pool and kids room were great for the children. Would highly recommend

Friday rock! Night market just outside the resort
Fantastic resort! Nested along the lagoon with beach front only 2 mins away! Big and comfortable king bed and kids love their loft. Lots of happening cafes, bakery, Japanese, Italian restaurants just 10 mins walk. Highlights was the Friday night market at Boat Avenue!

Good location in the Laguna area of Phuket. The hotel room which we had, had 2 bedrooms and a small living area which was perfect for us and our teen. The pool areas were nice. The little boat across the lagoon to the beach, plus the transport offered around the local area (at a cost) were useful.

Excellent hotel with great service and super easy access to the beach, via quick ferry across the lake. Full and delicious breakfast in the mornings and plenty of yummy food options from the hotels cafe. Also, it is quite quiet in the evenings. The only issue, be it minor and out of the hotels control, was lots of noise at the private beach, due to a great deal of small children and loud guests. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again as soon as I can get back!

Very open and spacious. Staff were extremely nice. Location was great. Beautiful layout for the pools and swimming areas. Travel services were very convenient. Covid management was very good. What I didn't like was the small bugs in the kitchen. Also, certain things were in a bit of disrepair.

The shower had mold growing in the grout from not being cleaned properly and the employees didn’t wear masks working in a small kitchen while cooking my food, because of that I checked out earlier then planned I like the location and have stayed there several times in the past but because of COVID 19 I chose to leave early

Great for short or long stay with spacious room
Room is spacious (1 bedroom). Bed is comfy. Great price during covid-19. Great location in Laguna area, very convenient. It's not beachfront but on normal circumstances, there would be boat shuttle to take you to the beach across the lake. Will stay again when in phuket.
