I was very sorry to learn of your disappointment with the services experienced during your stay with us. It never makes me proud to hear that we have failed to delight and assist a guest during their time at our resort. Your feedback regarding the poorly maintained room has been noted for further action. We do operate a continuous maintenance program throughout the resort especially the interior of the guest rooms to endeavor that our usual high standards are maintained. There are many projects were underway on our journey to keep the excellent reputation and spirit of Angsana Laguna alive. I would like to personally apologize for the shortfall in the service element that left you with an uncomfortable experience during stay. It is no excuse from our side and this matter will be looked into and addressed immediately.
