„We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house! Annie and François were so kind and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the garden was amazing. Some of my children finally learned to swim confidently in the lovely saltwater pool. We visited the château at Saumur and the old town square, and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. We hope to stay here again another year!“

Our stay started perfectly with a home cooked meal and stories about the history of the château. Gizeux is an excellent base to explore the Loire and its magnificent châteaux. At the end of the day it was always very special driving back to our very own! The family is doing an incredible job of preserving the château and it was an absolute privilege to make it our home for a few days.“

„Gregoire was a wonderful host. The Castle was clean, and any small critiques are easily understood by living in a castle from 1520! The bathrooms are modern, the beds very comfortable. There is no Air Conditioning, and the days were very warm! There were fans, though, and the nights cooled down a bit. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Gregoire!“

„Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderbare Woche in dem großen, historischen Stadthaus, das trotz historischem Ambiente nicht nur geschmackvoll sondern auch zweckmäßig und praktisch eingerichtet ist. Der große Innenpool ist beheizt und sauber. Alle Räume lassen sich rasch und effektiv beheizen. Die Küche ist groß, trotzdem sehr gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und alle Zimmer sind farbenfroh und mit schönen Antiquitäten stilvoll eingerichtet. Von fast allen Räumen aus hat man ...
