While the villa is part of a peaceful compound with two other units, only the main entrance gate and walkway are shared. Once inside, your space is fully independent, giving you total privacy and comfort.

At Villa Uma, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our guests. To ensure a comfortable and harmonious stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following house rules:

Respect for Neighbors & Community
We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors to maintain a peaceful environment. Enjoy conversations, dinners, and ambient music with your loved ones, but please keep noise levels within acceptable limits: 75 dB during the day and 70 dB at night. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Parties and loud disturbances that violate neighborhood rules are strictly prohibited. If such activities occur, we may ask you to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued.

Maintenance Access
To maintain the pool and garden in optimal condition, our trusted pool cleaner and gardener may need access to the property. We strive to schedule these visits during periods when guests are not present; however, please note that the property cannot go more than four days without essential maintenance. If you prefer privacy during these visits, please inform us in advance so we can discuss and accommodate your preferences.

Energy Savings
Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and the A/C when not in use or when leaving the villa. This not only reduces our environmental impact but also helps keep costs low, allowing us to pass on savings to you.

Security & Safety
Clearly state that guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property to ensure safety. Specify that the property's access code should not be shared with anyone outside the reservation. Additionally, remind guests not to leave valuables unattended on the property

No Smoking
Our home is family-friendly and strictly non-smoking indoors. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.

Clean-Up Courtesy
While our team performs a thorough cleaning between each guest's stay, we kindly request that you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and place dirty towels in the hamper. Please do not leave an excessive amount of dirty dishes.

Keep It Dry
Please ensure you are dry before lounging on couches or beds to help us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our tropical oasis.

Bathroom Etiquette
We've provided a sanitary bin in the bathroom for items like sanitary napkins. Please use it to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

Occupancy Limit & No Parties
Please respect our maximum occupancy requirement and our strict no-parties rule.

Accidents Happen
We understand that accidents can occur. If they do, please let us know promptly so we can address them efficiently. Quick communication also improves the chances of receiving your full security deposit refund.

Inventory Check
We maintain an inventory of all items in the house and conduct an assessment immediately after each guest's departure. If any objects are missing, we will reach out to guests first.

Towel Usage Policy
Towels are provided for your comfort and convenience. If any towel is found on the floor or stained beyond cleaning, we will charge the cost of replacement to the guest. Please use towels responsibly to ensure they remain in good condition for all guests.

Laundry & Appliance Usage
Please note that the use of laundry facilities and appliances is not permitted during your stay. This policy is in place to prevent potential damage and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.​

Barbecue Use & Cleaning
If you wish to use the barbecue during your stay, please ensure that it is cleaned thoroughly after each use. This includes removing all food remnants, cleaning the grates, and disposing of any waste appropriately. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee to cover the cost of restoring the barbecue to its original condition. We appreciate your attention to this matter to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.
