„My sisters and I had a great time at The Highland House. It was peaceful and private and just what we were looking for to relax and reconnect. The house was extremely clean and well-supplied. The pool was so beautiful and we enjoyed having it to ourselves. Brad and his wife even brought us "snacks" to feed the cows. So fun to be able to see them up close. "Wir kamen mit Fahrrädern an und die Rezeptionistin gab uns ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss statt das vorhergesehene im 1. Stock. So konnten wir die Räder einfach ins Zimmer mitnehmen. Auch sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich."

"Zum übernachten geht's, das Bett war komfortabel, das Zimmer gross. Negativ: das gesamte Hotel ist schon abgenutzt und bedarf einer Renovierung. Das Fauteul ist Durchgesessen, man fällt in ein Loch. Das Badezimmer klein, Schwarze, rissige Silikonfugen, an der Tür löst sich die Funier. Zwei Kopfkissen waren zwar gewaschen hatten aber noch Flecken. Frühstück ist inklusive, existiert aber defakto nicht. Es gibt warmgestellten filterkaffee, o Saft, kleine cupcakes oder Müsliriegel, Äpfel."
