Left early because - no free internet (by this prices) and difficulties to go ro and from the hotel. You can only take very expensive hotel transports - a real wrip-off! I do not recommend and will never go there again.“

„Its a lovely hotel in front of the Fatah Sagar Lake in Udaipur. Lovely atmosphere, great Indian food, nice rooms and the service is also very good. (Especially Thavar)

„The Hotel Mahendra Prakash is awesome place to stay in Udaipur at affordable cost. The rooms are spacious and gives you haveli like atmosphere. It is located at a prime area, major tourist spots are at walkable distance. Frintdesk, Housekeeping and restaurant staff is efficient and polite. Swimming pool is clean. Good is nice. Amazing breakfast. The owners and family are welcoming.They have maintained high standards of the property. Must stay at this hotel when in Udaipur. Highly recommended.“

Von dem Restaurant auf dem Dach, sowie von unserem Zimmer aus, gibt es einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Die Athmosphäre ruhig und gediegen. Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber prima in Schuss. Und das beste: Das Shiv Niwas ist Teil des Palastes und daher spektakulär schön gelegen. Sehr empfehlenswert.“
