Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage!
Sauber, alles da (Waschmittel, Gewürze, Kaffee, sogar Willkommens-Sekt ...). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Très bon séjour dans une maison tout confort avec piscine
La maison était très propre et bien équipée (piscine, air conditionné, frigo américain, barbecue) La ville est typiquement espagnole et pas touristique

Familia numerosa
Hemos estado dos semanas en La Casita y hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia. La piscina ha dado mucho juego a nuestro 4 hijos. Hemos podido comer y cenar cada día en el porche. Las playas cercancas son estupendas, de ensueño. Y Paqui, la señora que se encarga de entregar las llaves, ha sido super atenta. Sin duda, un lugar oara repetir.

La casa es preciosa y es tal cual se describe en el anuncio. Está muy bien cuidada y la orientación es perfecta, pues da el sol en la piscina durante todo el día y la sombra en el porche hasta media tarde. Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila ideal para el descanso vacacional.

enjoyable holiday overall
the air-conditioning in the villa worked well and the pool was nice. I am only rating it 3 stars for the following reasons: the only instructions we received from the owner were in French. as we don't speak French we had nothing to tell us, for example, where to empty the bin, how to set the burglar alarm, which was a problem. the owner was aware when we booked that we could not speak French but still expected us to set the alarm etc. the owner was upset that the cleaner had given us the wrong keys. the kitchen is small and is missing many useful items such as kettle, tea towels, chopping board (the only one there is bigger than the work surface). the fridge/freezer was great however when you use the oven and the hob together the fuse blows and you have to reset everything. this happened every time we cooked which was frustrating. one evening on our 4th day we had no hot water for showers or washing up etc. which was annoying after a hot day at the beach. the next day we had to procure and carry a really heavy gas canister and connect it up to the boiler which was a nuisance. there are no locks on the bathroom doors. the showers run from boiling hot to freezing cold without changing the temperature control. information detailing the local restaurants, beaches, pharmacy etc would have been really helpful and much appreciated. there are many dogs in the neighbourhood who bark a lot a man and his family come once a week for a good couple of hours mid morning to look after the gardens and pool. you need to be at the villa for them and stay inside for this time.

Lovely clean and modern villa
The villa is exactly as the photos show. It has all the amenities you need for a relaxing break, and the air conditioning is such a bonus in the heat. The small supermarket is up the road, but the large Mercadona is easily accessible too, by foot or driving. We love this area of Sancti Petri, with its fab fish restaurants, and the beautiful, quiet, clean beaches.
