„The host was amazing and was very helpful. He responded as soon as possible every single time I texted him. The property was amazing very spacious, nice and clean. The grill and the fire pit outside was well prepared for the guest. We were there only for one day and had an amazing time. „Great location, had everything needed for a comfortable stay.“

„Everything was perfect during my stay. The service was excellent, and everything went very smoothly. I’m really happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend it to anyone.“

„Such a spectacular and unique home- we loved the thoughtful touches placed throughout the house. Beds comfy, kitchen had everything you could need plus more. Easy walking access to great hiking! The front porch is a perfect place to have morning coffee and watch the rabbits!“

„Great location, house is a bit run down. If you’re there just for skiing, this would be a great home.“

„The pictures are not accurate. The two full and one twin bed are in one room upstairs, they are not separated as pictures would lead you to believe. Then three twins are in the living room with the couch, next to the dining room table and kitchen. The unit was dusty and not swept clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and party poppers from previous guest. I have never experienced something like this with Expedia, this was a zero star experience honestly.“

„The place was amazing! Very easy check in/out process and the host is very responsive. “

„Staying here for my brother and I was an experience. Nin and David are making something very special here that is more of a retreat than a standard rental.“

„It’s like finding a geode. Love our short but sweet stay in this restored farmhouse. It has all the right modern touches while maintaining some of the original features including a lovely red barn door. We would stay again if ever in this beautiful, historic part of NY in the future. “

„Great stop for the night. Loval to the Rinbeck show. Easy to get to.“

„Check in process was easy. It was a great space in a great location.“

„Very clean and conveniently located. Peter was a pleasure to work with — very responsive and accommodating. Absolute 5 star experience.“

„Great location.“

„Excellent hosts and property. Very spacious for a 'tiny' house. Clean, comfortable and set back in the trees. House was well equipped and very cozy. We're very excited to come back in the summer and utilize the fire pit and simply enjoy the wooded property.“
