„The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs. It was nice not to have to worry about shampoo and soap when we arrived, and there were even umbrellas for the rainy days. Communication ...

„Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible ...

„This was our second time staying at this property. Masa-san and his wife are incredibly kind, generous hosts. We love the neighborhood - so close to the Asakusa subway for easy access. Peaceful neighborhood that also has great energy. We will stay here again and again!“

„A great location and house-we loved the shops and restaurants near the house as well as being close to the train and subway lines. If you want a quiet, local feel house, this is the place. We went in and out of downtown Tokyo but always had a nice quiet place to come home to! Definitely a place to come back to. “

„We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again.“

„Very clean and quiet. Easy access to trains through Yotsugi Station. Nice family area and kitchen. Really appreciated having a washing machine with clear instructions. A bathroom on the first and second level was nice. Only change would be to have the air on when arriving. It was very hot and took a while to cool.“

"Die Zimmer sind von sehr japanischer Größe und die Koffer sind unter dem Bett, da man sonst nicht laufen kann. Man bekommt netterweise am Anreisetag Wasser und täglich Kaffeesticks. Wasserdruck und Temperatur sehr gut. Betten sehr gut. Fahrstuhl ist leider ein Desaster. Frühstück nachträglich dazugebucht mit großer japanischer Auswahl, empfehlenswert. Lage sehr gut zwischen S-Bahn (JR gelb) , Bus (braun) und U-Bahn (rot). Im Bahnhof fußläufig max 5 Minuten ein 7eleven , sowie sehr gut gespeist bei Tsukishima Monja Moheji Ryogoku, sowie schnelles Frühstück bei Becks Coffee Shop. Sollte man nach einem Zimmer europäischer Größe suchen , empfiehlt sich die Buchung von 2 Zimmern als Einzelzimmer. Vom Flughafen sehr einfach über Keikyū Airport Line zu erreichen, manchmal mit Umstieg in die Oedo Line, manchmal direkt. Am schnellsten wenn man mit Tokyo Monorail beginnt und mit Chūō-Sōbu Line(Local) endet, dann bleibt man unter 50 Minuten Fahrt. Alles andere zwischen 50-60 Minuten. Alles in Allem sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral genug für alle ÖPNV. Wer das pralle Nachtleben sucht ist hier falsch und sollte besser in der Umgebung Shibuya suchen. Wer guten und ruhigen Schlaf sucht ist hier richtig"
