Die Anlage ist schon beeindruckend. Insbesondere die Integrierung des Pools in die Hotelanlage ist toll gemacht. Das Frühstück war ganz hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist gut. Allerdings ist die Hotelanlage insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier müsste m.E. das Management mehr machen. Das Hotel liegt ca.5 km von der Altstadt entfernt. Rundherum ist nicht viel, sodass, wenn man nicht im Hotel essen möchte, eine Fahrt mit dem teuren Taxi in die Altstadt erforderlich ist.

Erholsame typische Lanna Villa mit Flair
Wir waren in einer Lanna Villa, die sind sehr geräumig und haben einen Whirlpool im überdachten Garten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und regelt Probleme umgehend. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Mit einem Taxi kann man Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen und ist auch schnell in der Altstadt (ca. 10 Min. je nach Verkehr).

Traumhaftes Hotel!
Das Hotel ist optimal zum entspannen geeignet und liegt nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang sind sehr zu empfehlen! Das Feühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Wir waren leider nur 3 Nächte zu Gast und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Poolanlage ist ein Traum! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Bad war sauber...perfekt wäre gewesen, wenn sich nicht die 4 - 5 Ameisen dorthin verirrt hätten. Aber dass lässt sich wohl auch in einer solchen Anlage nicht ganz vermeiden und tut dem tollen Gesamteindruck wirklich keinen Abbruch! Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. WUNDERSCHÖN!!!!

We had an excellent stay. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The property is just beautiful. We also were able to walk to a nearby supermarket/ mall area which was excellent. Only about 20 min from the main area in Chiang Mai- easy to get rides from “Grab”. Highly recommended

This property is old and tired and looks nothing like the pictures. Mold in the shower. The pool was tiled with green mold on the tiles. We didn’t even swim in it. The staff were not eager to assist. We don’t need to be pampered but they just didn’t seem to live their job. We booked for 5 nights and checked out after 2 nights. They never wven asked us why. I assuming this happens a lot. Not worth staying here.

This place was amazing. The staff and the pool and everything was great. It was clean and nice and cool and lots to do. Tips get added at check out though we tipped at the spa and pool bar anyway. It was nice to kind of step out of the city but still relatively close. A block away is a local night market. Pad Thai was 45b and the beer was 60b so much less than the big tourist markets. A shopping center is in the same spot which was like a target or Walmart if you need anything that you can’t or don’t get at the markets.

The room was roomy and comfortable. The onsite restaurant was really good and wasn't overly busy. All the staff were gracious, warm and friendly. Loved the Thia Milk Tea. Breakfast was very good as well and I have never seen someone flip eggs the way that she does. The internet would break up moving from spot to spot but was almost always able to connect. The staff was constantly working on the grounds and the pool to maintain it. And, it was the first time I had had a massage and I loved it! I booked my wife for a 3 hour pampering while I had the 1.5 hour Swedish massage. A few days later I was ready for another one. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Be aware, there are mosquitoes everywhere in Thailand. Use Incognito. We never got bit.

Staff here make this hotel they are so friendly the hotel is tired we had a hole in the floor and the wooden floor was spongy! It is expensive food wise and not the best - bit far out of town but they have a resident taxi driver PJ who is amazing ask for him at the front desk he went way beyond making sure we had a great time and we did - would recommend for the price and staff

I checked in to the room and found that pillows are dirty. 1 pillow had dried blood stain and another one had dirt stain. They were the 2 front pillows, it was impossible that housekeeper wouldn't see those stains. I told housekeeper to change it as i didn't want to make it a big deal. Then, i found another big stain on the bed sheet. I called her back again to change the sheet but she gave us a dirty attitude on her face. I called the front desk to tell them the issue and wanted to moved room because i felt like the room was not clean properly. They gave us another room in another building. I did not hear any apologized from either housekeeping or front desk. No service recovery. No one contact me for this issue. When i complained at the check out again, they want me to write down on the paper to present it to the management. As I work in hospitality industry too, this hotel offer a very bad service compare to others hotels in thailand. I had high expectations for this hotel when i booked the room, now I will never go back or recommend this hotel.

The unique ambiance, the lush greenery, the decor, and the style are excellent. The restaurant staff is outstanding. The food is good. Superb pool and Lanna architecture. The gardens are heavenly, However, the room can use some better maintenance. Switches, thermostats, door handles etc need to be replaced. All staff was great, however, The lead lady at the front desk on the day we checked in was more interested in her smartphone than helping us check in.

Sub-Par Service and Follow-Up
Hotel staff seemed new and very sub-par compared to our hotels in bangkok and Cambodia. They didn’t return our laundry before checkout and never followed up when it was done even though we were still in chiang Mai for another day and could have picked it up. Had to call and track it down ourselves next day to which the response was pick it up in chiang Mai or we can ship it within Thailand within seven days (not feasible as our two week vacation was up).
