„We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find a new place late a night on our own.“

„Over all it was just okay, we went without hot water last day of our stay, had to text in order to communicate with care taker, house was not up to what was presented to us. Have stayed many times in Mahahual and this was the worst experience. “
