„Perfect house for family of 8 adults. The location is perfect, nice quiet street, easy walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor and also walking distance (about 1.5 mile walk) to Acadia National Park. The kitchen is well appointed; nice comfortable living room with good WiFi and large TV. Outside, nice area to sit with table and chairs. Robard was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!!“

„House is adorable and newly renovated, located in a quaint fishing village. Fun and quiet place to explore, away from the Bar Harbor hustle and bustle. Really enjoyed being here! Nice to have access to kitchen and laundry. The only improvement we could think of is the check-in process; instructions weren’t fully accurate and had to work with local host to troubleshoot. „Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Kein Luxus aber trotzdem gemütlich. Für uns war die Wohnung die Unterkunft für den Acadia NP. Vor Ort haben wir festgestellt, dass es unzählige andere Möglichkeiten zum Übernachten gibt, die nicht in den Buchungsportalen in Europa erhältlich sind und wahrscheinlich direkt gebucht werden. Als wir die Wohnung buchten war das Angebot an Ferienwohnungen bei Fewo, airbnb oder booking recht übersichtlich. “

„Comfortable home for our family of 8. Easy access on a slightly busy road. Amenties were good. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire, cooking meals over the fire, and grilling outdoors as well. Home had not been cleaned when we arrived, but that appeared to be an anomaly. Owner quickly rectified the situation and refunded one night's stay. Wonderful Maine vacation!“

„The home was the center of our stay in Bar Harbor and a wonderful place to come home to after days of tours, walking, and time in Acadia National Park. Each of us had our own room, the kitchen was perfect and the porches are spectacular. Not to mention the location to Shorepath and the beautiful views. Would love to return and highly recommend!“

„This was a great stay! The house was clean and spacious for a family of four (5-6 would also be fine). Well stocked with everything you might need. The Graham lake was clean and peaceful to kayak and fish—other nearby lakes ideal for swimming. Ellsworth has lots of cute shops and dining options. Acadia is about 30-40 minutes depending on where and when you go, but idealif you prefer to be off the beaten path rather than in the center of it all. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!“

Enjoyed being so close to Schoodic and taking the ferry from Winter Harbor to Bar Harbor. Love this quiet part of Maine. Thank you for a wonderful stay.“

"Wir waren drei Nächte im Juli dort und hatten ein großes Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Das Hotel hat einen großen Parkplatz und eine Laundry mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern war für uns sehr wichtig war. Zudem gab es einen Frühstücksraum mit einer Aussenterrasse (war jedoch ungepflegt und wir von keinem benutzt). Jedoch gibt es keinen Aufzug und daher muss man die Koffer enge Treppen hoch schleppen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Pantry und ein schönes Bad. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schön und sauber. Das Frühstück hat uns weder geschmeckt (nur abgepackte Lebensmittel) noch war der Frühstücksraum ansprechend. Deshalb haben wir nicht mehr dort gegessen. Das Hotel diente uns als Ausgangspunkt für den Arcadia National Park. Es bekommt 3 von 5 Punkten von uns."
