„Klassisches modernes Stadt/Businesshotel mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diversen Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Das Hotel verfügt selbst über zwei gute Restaurants und bietet ein umfassendes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der Zimmerservice auf unserer Etage, Rafujula war sehr nett und aufmerksam.“

„The so-called hotel is actually a service apartment. THE ROOM ALLOTED TO US WAS SO SMALL THAT IT WAS DIFFICULT TO MOVE AROUND THE BED. THERE WAS NO PROVISION TO MAKE TEA/COFFEE IN THE ROOM. THE APPROACH TO THE APARTMENT AND THE SO-CALLED RECEPTION AREA (!) DO NOT GIVE A WELCOME APPEARENCE AND NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.“

„Basic but good value. Unfortunately a long way from the centre – 45 mins if the traffic is light but up to 90 mins in heavy traffic, so not ideal for tourism. Also make sure you have address and phone no with you as taxis find it difficult to locate. One of the assistant managers – Chow – was excellent and improved our stay immensely. „I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. "My room was pretty clean and came with a big terrasse. The bed was comfy, the room was well equipped. I liked the breakfast and also in general, can recommend the restaurant. Staff was very friendly. The hotel bar is a bit hidden, but very nice with a DJ and some specials every day. Anyway, I paid 799 Rupies for a small beer which was the only available option, way too expensive. The next day, Indian guests got served huge bottles of a different beer, not sure why this wasn't available for me the day before. The shower heads in the rooms were pretty dirty and should be exchanged. But all in all, I was very satisfied. The environment is noisy, a lot of traffic, you can smell the waste disposal some kilometers away. But it's India, you have to count with that. Public transport is nearby and it's not far to the beach by Uber. I also liked the pool and the gym, both nice and clean. Thank you for a nice stay in Chennai."
