The space
Our home is a charming and cozy space that's been designed to make guests feel right at home, with a touch of modernity. As soon as you step into the foyer, you'll be greeted by a warm welcome sign with a cozy light setting.

To your left, you'll find the kitchen, where you can cook your own meals during your stay.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day, with its comfortable seating and relaxing ambiance. If you need to catch up on work, there's a dedicated workstation with high-speed WiFi and motivational quotes to inspire you.

The bedroom is located at the end of the apartment, offering the privacy you need to recharge. It comes with a cozy pocket spring mattress, perfect for a restful night's sleep, and a wardrobe to store your belongings. The attached washroom has all the basic amenities you need to freshen up and start your day.
Guest access
As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to the entire 1 BHK apartment, which includes a separate entrance for your convenience. The apartment is accessible via a shared corridor, and has a private entry.

You'll also have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh breeze and soak up some sunshine. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day.

1) ADDRESS: Details are shared by the Host upon booking.

2) PARKING: Free on Street Parking. Cars and Bikes can be parked outside the premises (in a designated area of ours).

3) Wi-Fi: Hi speed WIFI provided, suitable for working remotely.

4) FOOD: A lot of restaurants and cafes are in the main road just 3 mins by walk. Home delivery options available through Zomato, Uber Eats and Swiggy.

5) KITCHEN : Our kitchen is equipped with Gas Stove, Fridge, Cooking vessels, Basic cooking items and Dinnerware. Guests are requested to wash the utensils after use.

6) DRINKING WATER: Drinking water is provided in the Kitchen.

7) TERRACE: An open terrace available for guests to relax.

8) PET : We have our own pet living in the premises but causes no disturbance for the guests.

9) ELECTRICITY : The apartment has 24x7 power backup.

10) SMOKING : Strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, if found there will be a fine charged.

11) AIRCONDITIONER : There is spilt AC provided in the bedroom only, entire house does not have air-conditioning.

Nearest bus station is around 3 minutes by walk, Taxi’s & Auto’s run by OLA, UBER and Fast Track are available on request. Chennai Alandur Metro station is around 15 minutes’ drive.
