Inside, the property has been newly refurbished throughout. The ground floor features a kitchen diner, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need, including a coffee machine. Adjacent is a stylish living room with an additional formal dining area and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to gather together. Both rooms open out through patio doors to the garden, flooding the home with natural light. A downstairs WC adds extra convenience.

Within walking distance, you’ll find traditional inns such as The King's Arms, The Plough, and The Royal Oak, each offering hearty food, local ales, and a warm Cotswold welcome.
From the doorstep, you can head straight into the Cotswold countryside, with endless walking trails leading through rolling hills, meadows, and woodlands. The area is also a haven for cyclists and nature lovers, with routes to suit all abilities. A short drive takes you to some of the region’s prettiest villages, including Winchcombe, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Broadway, all brimming with honey-coloured cottages, cosy tea rooms, and boutique shops.

Getting Around:
The house is located on the outskirts of Cheltenham, just a short drive or bus away from the centre. Cheltenham Spa train station is around 15 minutes in a taxi. There are also regular buses that run around the town, as well as further afield, which are all easy to pick up and navigate.
If you do decide to travel by car, you'll find one space in the garage and one on the driveway. Free parking is also available on the street outside the house. Cyclists are also welcome to use the garage for storing bikes.
