„This home was very cute but unfortunately the green lawn in the front was completely torn up due to construction. This was not noted in the listing and we purposely chose this home for its location with our kids and dogs. Owners should update listing to specify that the there is currently no lawn even with the pictures showing it and the listing specifying it.“

„Great house and great location. The house had a nice layout for a family of four. Close to the pool and had a great lawn between the houses that kids could play at. We were able to rent one of the marina slips for the week making it very convenient to get out on the water. Would highly recommend the location and would stay at this house again.“

„Please change the foam that covers one of the beds in the second room, it is bigger than the base, it doesn’t make the sofa bigger, it makes it unsafe. Also secure the foam so it doesn’t move while you are sleeping. Besides this, it was the perfect place to stay. “

„Bathroom toilet broken. Nobody fixed despite numerous attempts leaving us with 1.5 bathroom for 11 people. Bed was broken and hazard for kids and never fixed. WiFi was terrible making watching tv or working near impossible. Worst part is that nobody from the property management company did anything other than telling us a ticket is open. Easy fixes and simply terrible follow up via phone and chat.“

„The views of Lake Chelan from the house are something else and I would go back again just for that. If you love views, don't hesitate. The house had some thoughtful touches (record player, smart TV etc.) but was definitely lacking in some ways (dishwasher is old and ineffective, bedding/towels were barely sufficient, kitchen utensils and condiments were lacking e.g. no sugar or instant coffee).
