„The house is located close to the Airport and to Agrostoli. With a car you can reach the supermarkets and the beautiful Avithos beach within minutes. The Villa is well equipped and Maria is a lovely host. She came to clean the pool and the house regulary and she even cooked a yummy Moussakka for us. I would absolutley recommend Villa Maria to anybody who wants to have nice and relaxed holidays.“

„Wir verbrachten mit 9 Personen eine erhosame Woche in einem Traumhaus und wurden vom Michal jeden Tag sehr aufmerksam und aufs Beste betreut. Es war immer reichlich Platz fuer Rueckzug und Gemeinsamkeit, die anspruchsvollen Aussenanlagen sind sehr gut gewartet. Der natuerliche Strand ist schnell erreicht und lockt mit klarstem Wasser und viel Privatheit. Wir empfehlen die Sanitaerspuelungen im Haus zu ersetzen, dann passt wirklich alles!“

„Es war alles sehr gut. Leider hat die Reinigungskraft ihre Arbeit nicht so genau gemacht. Die Auflagen auf den StĂŒhlen den Liegen und den anderen Sitzgelegenheiten mĂŒssten dringend ausgewechselt werden. Am Pool ist Wasser hinter die Folie gelaufen so das man ein lustiges gehen wie auf Blasen hatte.“

„A fantastic villa in a beautiful setting, the back drop has the wow factor!! Very well managed, Rosana is there for anything you need from booking excursions to taxi’s etc, she also owns a restaurant down in Sami be sure to check it out for brunches & evening cocktails! Maria is the daily maintenance lady & she is lovely too very good at keeping the place in order and always made us laugh. So glad we found this place & we will definitely return.“

„We arrived late at night but Anne insisted in meeting us to ensure we found the property and she could explain how everything worked. The villa is beautiful and the view is spectacular. „The property was on a lovely hill. The views were breathtaking. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked very well. The pool was perfect to cool off and just look at the views. Billy goats show up every morning on the hill (there is a fence so they are not on the property). Short walk to the main area of Asos which was a cute little town, restaurants, beach (water so clear) . I would highly recommend Villa Vivere to anyone coming to the area. “
