„The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? Housekeeping only comes every other day and, so, technically, only came once during our 5 day stay and didn't ...

„We had a lovely stay! You have to be ready for somewhat rugged conditions as it's open air - think "glamping" - in the treehouse accommodations and so you are with the elements and animals somewhat. (We had a cute frog in our shower!) But we loved it! Would definitely stay again as we felt away from it all and able to fully relax. “

The space of the condo was extremely clean, the staff was respectful, quiet environment and peaceful space, the view is impeccable and the location was very convenient to multiple beaches and restaurants. „Have stayed here several years in a row. The rooms are amazing and it’s easy access to Red Hook and the beaches. Great amenities offered. The sargassum is the worst it’s ever been, free shuttle to other beaches is offered. “

„Great place for families to stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool as well as activities the hotel put on. We took a mixology class, had mimosas and muffins, and took a few water aerobics classes. Getting to other two hotels for dinner (for a little variety) was easy. It was also very convenient having VI Cat on sight for sunset cruise.“

„We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. The beach was well maintained and clean of seaweed. The staff at the Club were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room service and housekeeping were great! It truly was like a home away from home.
