The staff was courteous. The pool and beach were clean and well maintained. They had activities throughout the day to keep you occupied, some free some for a small fee. My only con was the restaurant, it was ok. Food was good but not amazing. “

„Great place for families to stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool as well as activities the hotel put on. We took a mixology class, had mimosas and muffins, and took a few water aerobics classes. Getting to other two hotels for dinner (for a little variety) was easy. It was also very convenient having VI Cat on sight for sunset cruise.“

„We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place.
