„The inn was beautiful. The location is perfect. It is right outside Bath, next to the horse racecourse.
The room was nearly brand new which was both good and bad. The good was it was spotless and well maintained. The bad was the radiator wasn’t working the first night so my son was shivering all night. Im not going to knock the rating down because the staff tried their best to fix it.
The breakfast was delicious. We loved every dish. We also ate dinner there twice and had a lovely meal.

„In my booking confirmation via Expedia the price for parking was confirmed to be 30 GBP per night, which is already quite expensive. However upon arrival the price was 50 GBP per night, which is just useless. Other hotels are able to honor the price confirmed at the time of the booking for existing bookings also when the car park is managed through an external company.
During our time in the hotel the lift was broken which was a major annoyance.

The food was great both in the evening and morning especially being sat outside on the terrace next to the River Avon which was a very pleasant experience.
